Intake

Every client gets a personal briefing: hardiness, care requirements, possible positions and mature dimensions. An on-site visit is possible.

The plant choice is tested against the position (north or south). A few photos help us. Together we weigh open ground against a decorative pot.

Choice of plant, pot, planting and delivery method. We specialise in all-in delivery: pot and plant ready on your terrace.

We draw up the order confirmation and schedule planting and delivery. A deposit can be paid by card terminal.

We deliver, plant and hand over your care schedule. Afterwards you can still turn to us for feeding, treatments and overwintering.
